1. 新信用卡客戶於推廣期內（各定義見下文）經MoneyHero指定連結（https://bit.ly/3MafeB1）成功申請指定信用卡，並獲花旗銀行批核，同時於指定期限內達到簽賬要求並提交 MoneyHero 獎賞兌換表格，即可獲贈9,000 Club積分（「推廣獎賞」）。「推廣獎賞」將由MoneyHero以Club HKT Limited（「The Club」）營運的會員獎賞計劃的Club積分形式提供。
於推廣期間通過 MoneyHero 網站的指定活動頁面（https://bit.ly/3MafeB1）完成申請指定信用卡（定義見下文）。 如果申請並非通過指定的活動頁面進行，或者於申請期間啟用了廣告攔截器、跟踪攔截器或無痕模式，則可能被視作無效，並可能導致客戶失去獲得獎賞的資格。根據MoneyHero記錄，如果未按照本條款及細則經 MoneyHero 進行申請，MoneyHero 保留撤回任何獎賞的權利；

- 推廣獎賞將由 MoneyHero 以Club積分（「Club積分」）的形式發放，實際產品必須通過The Club平台兌換。MoneyHero 將向合資格客戶提供專屬的 Club積分優惠碼（「優惠碼」），其可於指定時間內通過指定連結在The Club平台上換領 Club積分。 然後，客戶可以使用以優惠碼換領的Club積分來兌換推廣獎賞；可使用優惠碼換領的 Club積分數量將根據所選的推廣獎賞而有所不同。
- 優惠碼僅適用於向 MoneyHero 提供的The Club會籍編號的合資格客戶之The Club帳戶。合資格客戶同意 MoneyHero 將其相關資料（包括其The Club會籍編號）傳送給The Club，以建立專屬的優惠碼並將 Club積分存入其 The Club 賬戶。合資格客戶必須是The Club會員才能使用優惠碼和Club積分。
- 如發卡機構確認其獲得推廣獎賞的資格，MoneyHero 將在推廣期結束後 16 週內透過電郵通知合資格客戶。 此電郵將包含一份適用於合資格客戶的表格，當中會要求合資格客戶提供其The Club會籍編號（「The Club表格」）。 The Club表格必須在收到後 7 天內提交。
- MoneyHero 將在合資格客戶提交The Club表格後 4 週內發送獎賞兌換電郵。獎賞兌換電郵將包含優惠碼，其可用於在The Club網站上換領Club積分，然後用Club積分兌換推廣獎賞。
- 合資格客戶有責任確保在 MoneyHero 獎賞兌換表格中提供有效並正確的電郵地址，以確保成功發送優惠碼。如果因合資格客戶提供錯誤的電郵地址導致優惠碼無法發送，MoneyHero將不會對合資格客戶承擔任何責任。
- 合資格客戶可透過 (i) 在The Club網站 (https://www.theclub.com.hk/en/my-account/manage-my-clubpoint.html) 輸入優惠碼或 (ii) 在獎賞兌換電郵發出日期起 90 天內，在The Club手機應用程式內的「管理我的Club積分」頁面兌換Club積分。 90 天後，優惠碼將會過期並作廢。 如果合資格客戶未在指定時間內使用優惠碼，MoneyHero 沒有義務再提供替補優惠代碼，而合資格客戶將不得為此向 MoneyHero 追究任何責任。
- Club積分存入合資格客戶的 The Club 賬戶後，將不得撤銷或收回。
- Club積分由 The Club 而非 MoneyHero 提供。 MoneyHero 對Club積分並不會作出任何陳述或保證，包括但不限於其質量或其是否切合所需。
- MoneyHero 與推廣獎賞的供應者無關，並且不對與推廣獎賞的使用相關的任何問題負責，包括但不限於其功能、外觀、維修保養、性能或供應。有關推廣獎賞的任何疑問應直接聯絡推廣獎賞的生產商／供應者。
- 如在特別奬賞換領流程期間，有關的供應商停止供應相關型號產品 / 有關型號產品已不能從官方渠道購買，MoneyHero有權單方面更改特別奬賞並以同一推廣期內之其他禮品代替
- 若推廣獎賞為第三方商戶（例如HKTVmall、惠康）的禮券，則所有發出的禮券均受禮券商戶的條款及細則約束。MoneyHero 不以任何方式對任何第三方商戶、網站或服務供應商提供的任何商品、服務或其質量或性能承擔責任。對於因使用此類禮券而直接或間接產生的任何索償、損害、損失、費用、責任或成本，MoneyHero將不會承擔任何責任。任何此類查詢、投訴或意見應直接聯絡相關第三方商戶。
- MoneyHero 網站上規定的一般兌換流程並不適用於本次推廣活動。推廣獎賞的兌換流程僅受本推廣活動的條款及細則所限。
- 申請指定信用卡並獲發卡機構批核的客戶須於完成信用卡申請後7天內提交MoneyHero獎賞兌換表格，才有資格獲得推廣獎賞。在此期間內未能提交 MoneyHero 獎賞兌換表格的客戶將沒有資格獲得推廣獎賞，即使他們滿足所有其他條件。
- 在 MoneyHero 獎賞兌換表格中提供不準確或錯誤資料的參加者（由MoneyHero全權決定）將無法獲得推廣獎賞。
- MoneyHero 保留隨時修改這些條款及細則的權利，包括更改推廣期或推廣獎賞或終止本推廣活動，無論有否事先通知。
- 獎賞將不可退還，亦不可兌換為現金或其他獎賞。所有與推廣相關的產品和服務均售完即止。 客戶有責任在兌換時檢查推廣獎賞的質量。MoneyHero 對推廣獎賞的任何範疇皆不承擔任何法律責任，包括但不限於其質量、供應、交付和維修保養。
- MoneyHero 對於參加者因參與本次推廣活動而遭受的任何損害、損失、責任、傷害或失望不承擔任何責任。透過參與本次推廣活動，參加者將不得向MoneyHero及其代理商追究任何責任，包括但不限於與本次推廣活動和推廣獎賞相關的責任。
- 若參加者被發現或被合理懷疑參與任何形式的欺詐行為（包括但不限於虛假身份、篡改圖像、 故意發送垃圾郵件或操縱任何 MoneyHero 的流程或網站），MoneyHero 保留取消任何參加者的資格並扣留或沒收全部或部份獎賞的權利。
- 申請人明白及接納獎賞換領由MoneyHero完成 ，Citibank花旗銀行(香港)毋須對該額外禮遇換領負上任何責任。
- MoneyHero 努力保持其資料準確及作出更新。然而，這有時可能與發卡機構、金融機構、服務供應商或特定產品網站上提供的資料有所不同。客戶應參閱發卡機構的網站，了解相關產品的最新費率/費用/條款及細則。
Terms and Conditions of MoneyHero x Citibank – 9,000 Clubpoints (Dec 2023) (the “Promotion”)
1. New Credit Card Customers who successfully apply for a Designated Card within the Promotion Period (each as defined below) via MoneyHero’s designated link (https://bit.ly/3MafeB1) , are approved by Citibank, fulfill the spending requirement within the given period and submit the MoneyHero rewards redemption form will receive 9,000 Clubpoints ( “Promotion Reward"). The Promotion Reward will be provided by MoneyHero in the form of Clubpoints from “The Club”, a loyalty programme operated by Club HKT Limited (“The Club”).
2. Promotion Period
Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period of the Promotion is from 18:00 Nov 30, 2023 to 18:00 Jan 4, 2024, dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
3. Eligible Customers
In order to receive the Promotion Reward and to comprise "Eligible Customers", customers are required to, during the Promotion Period:
Be a resident of Hong Kong aged 18 or above;
Have or create an account with The Club;
Be a New Credit Card Customer (as defined below);
Fully complete and submit an application for a Designated Card (as defined below) through the designated campaign page of the MoneyHero website during the Promotion Period (https://bit.ly/3MafeB1). If the application is not made via the designated campaign page, or an Ad-blocker, tracking blocker or incognito mode is enabled during the application, it may not be counted as valid and may lead to the customer not being eligible for any rewards. MoneyHero reserves the right to withhold any rewards where, according to its records, the application is not made through MoneyHero in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
Fully complete and submit the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form within 7 days of receiving the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form from MoneyHero;
Have their application for the Designated Card approved by the card provider on or before Feb 1, 2024, subject to the card providers’ system records;
Spend at least HK$2,000 in Eligible Spending within 30 days after activation of the Designated Card.
4. Additional Requirements
- “New Credit Card Customer” shall mean a user who currently does not hold, has not cancelled and has not held any principal credit card of Citibank in the 12 months prior to their application for a Designated Card as part of this Promotion.
- “Eligible Spending” shall mean all posted transactions and monthly installments of billed Merchant Installment Plan conducted by principal and supplementary card(s), if applicable, are included in the Spending Conditions calculation. Ineligible transactions, including but not limited to, transactions through Faster Payment System (FPS) services, Octopus Add Value Service transactions (including via e-wallet/ other method to top up Smart Octopus), cash advances, withdrawal amount/loan amount under the Balance Transfer Program, Cash Conversion Program, “FlexiBill” Installment Program and “PayLite” Installment Program and Quick Cash Installment Program, payment to the Inland Revenue Department, online bill payment or utilities bill / insurance transactions made with Eligible Card via internet banking or online payment system, all payments made using “Citi PayAll Service”, mutual funds payment, fees & charges, casino transactions, unposted/cancelled/refunded transactions, other unauthorized transactions and fraud and abuse transactions.
5. Card Provider and Designated Cards
For the purposes of this Promotion:
- the Card Provider is Citibank; and
- the Designated Cards are:
> Citi Cash Back Card
> Citi Rewards Card
> Citi Prestige Card
> Citi PremierMiles Card
(Excluding Student Cards and Citi Octopus Platinum Card and Citi HKTVmall Card and Citi The Club Card)
6. Promotion Reward
The Promotion Reward that an Eligible Customer will be able to select upon fulfilling the conditions above is:
- The Promotion Reward will be distributed in the form of Clubpoints (“Clubpoints”) provided by MoneyHero. The actual product must be redeemed via The Club’s platform. MoneyHero will provide Eligible Customers with a unique Clubpoints Promotion Code (“Promo Code”) that can be used to redeem Clubpoints on The Club’s platform through the designated link during the designated period of time. Customers can then redeem a Promotion Reward with the Clubpoints redeemed using the Promo Code. The amount of Clubpoints that can be redeemed using the Promo Code will vary depending on the Promotion Reward selected.
- The Promo Code can only be used with The Club accounts where The Club Membership ID has been provided by an Eligible Customer to MoneyHero. Eligible Customers agree that MoneyHero will transfer their relevant information (including their The Club Membership ID) to The Club for generating the unique Promo Code and crediting Clubpoints to their The Club account. Eligible Customers must be a member of The Club in order to use the Promo Code and the Clubpoints.
- If eligibility for the Promotion Reward is confirmed by the Card Provider, MoneyHero will notify the Eligible Customer via email within 16 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period. This email will include a form for the Eligible Customer, in which the Eligible Customer is required to provide their The Club Membership ID (“The Club Form”). The Club Form is required to be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
- MoneyHero will send the Eligible Customer a Reward Redemption Email within 4 weeks after The Club Form is submitted. The Reward Redemption Email will contain a Promo Code that can be used to redeem Clubpoints on The Club’s website and subsequently redeem the Promotion Reward with the Clubpoints.
- Eligible Customers are responsible for ensuring that a valid and correct email address is provided in the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form in order to ensure delivery of the Promo Code. MoneyHero shall have no liability to Eligible Customers if the Promo Code cannot be delivered due to an incorrect email address being provided by the Eligible Customer.
- Eligible Customers may redeem Clubpoints by (i) entering the Promo Code on The Club’s website (https://www.theclub.com.hk/en/my-account/manage-my-clubpoint.html) or (ii) using the “Manage My Clubpoints” page of The Club’s mobile application, within 90 days of the date of the Reward Redemption Email. After 90 days, the Promo Code will expire and be deemed forfeited. MoneyHero shall have no obligation to provide replacement Promo Codes where they have not been used by the Eligible Customer within the specified timeframe and Eligible Customers release MoneyHero from all liability for the same.
- Clubpoints may not be reversed or clawed back after they have been credited to an Eligible Customer’s The Club account.
- Clubpoints are provided by The Club and not MoneyHero. MoneyHero makes no representation or warranty as to the Clubpoints, including but not limited to their quality or fitness for purpose.
- The recommended retail values of the Promotion Rewards provided above are for reference purposes only and are subject to change by the issuing merchant, over which MoneyHero has no control.
- Customers who successfully apply for a Designated Credit Card and submit the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form but are not approved by the Card Provider will not be able to receive any Promotion Reward.
- Eligible Customers who fulfil the conditions will be able to select one of the Promotion Rewards, subject to availability.
- MoneyHero is not associated with the provider of the Promotion Reward(s) and is not responsible for any issues related to usage of the Promotion Reward(s), including but not limited to their functionality, appearance, maintenance, performance or availability. Any enquiries regarding the Promotion Reward(s) should be directed to the manufacturer/provider of the Promotion Reward.
- If the provider of the Promotion Reward(s) stops supplying the relevant reward(s) / the reward(s) can no longer be purchased from official channels, MoneyHero reserves the right to change the Promotion Reward and replace it with another product within same promotion period.
- Where the Promotion Reward is a voucher for a third-party merchant (e.g HKTVmall, Wellcome), all vouchers issued are subject to the terms and conditions of the vouchers’ merchants. MoneyHero shall not in any way be liable for any goods, services or the quality or performance of such goods or services supplied by any third-party merchant, site or service provider. MoneyHero is not liable in any way for any claims, damages, losses, expenses, liabilities or costs, whether incurred directly or indirectly from the use of such vouchers. Any such enquiries, complaints or comments should be directed to the relevant third-party merchant.
7. Redemption Process for the Promotion Reward
- The general redemption process set out on the MoneyHero Website shall not apply to this Promotion. The redemption process for the Promotion Reward shall be governed solely by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion.
- Customers whose applications for the Designated Card are approved by the Card Provider are required to submit the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form within 7 days of card application completion in order to be eligible for the Promotion Reward. Customers who do not submit the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form within this period will not be eligible to receive the Promotion Reward, even if they fulfill all other conditions.
- Customers are required to provide their full English name, application reference number and mobile phone number when submitting the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form for the purposes of reward redemption.
- Customers are required to spend at least HK$2,000 using the Designated Card within 30 days of receiving approval from the card provider.
- Participants who provide inaccurate or incorrect information in the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form (as determined by MoneyHero acting in its absolute discretion) will not be able to receive the Promotion Reward.
- The redemption process may take at least 16 weeks starting from the date of promotion period ends, depending on the actual situation regarding user approval and transaction status or other factors that may affect eligibility for the Promotion Reward.
- Customers are required to redeem the Promotion Reward on or before May 31, 2024. Any queries regarding redemption, or redemption submissions of the Promotion Reward that are received after this date will not be handled, except for those already in progress.
8. General Promotion Terms and Conditions
- By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- In case of any disputes, MoneyHero reserves the right to make the final decision in its absolute discretion, which shall be binding on all participants.
- In the event of any inconsistencies between these Terms and Conditions and any other materials (e.g marketing materials) relating to this Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- MoneyHero reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, including changing the Promotion Period or Promotion Reward or to terminate this Promotion with or without prior notice.
- Rewards are not refundable nor exchangeable for cash or other rewards. All products and services relating to the Promotion are available while stock lasts. Customers are responsible for checking the quality of the Promotion Rewards at the time of redemption. MoneyHero shall have no legal liability relating to any aspects of the Promotion Rewards including but not limited to its quality, supply, delivery and maintenance.
- Promotion Rewards that remain unclaimed past the stipulated collection period (if any) will be forfeited.
- By participating in this Promotion, participants hereby represent and warrant that they will comply with all applicable Hong Kong laws or regulations in connection with their participation in this Promotion and they will not use this Promotion for any illegal or fraudulent purposes.
- By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to allow the Card Provider to update MoneyHero with information regarding the status of their application, including whether or not said application is successful and whether the participant has fulfilled all the conditions required to receive the Promotion Reward, for the purposes of verifying a participant’s eligibility for the Promotion Reward.
- Final approval of any product is determined by the Card Provider in its absolute discretion and is subject to their credit and risk processing criteria. Participation in this Promotion does not guarantee the approval of any product applied for. MoneyHero does not guarantee the approval of any product applied for.
- MoneyHero accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by participants as a result of their participation in this Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, participants release MoneyHero and its agents from all liability, including, without limitation, with respect to this Promotion and the Promotion Reward.
- MoneyHero reserves the right to disqualify any participant and withhold or confiscate in full or part any rewards if the participant is found to be, or reasonably suspected of participating in any form of fraudulent practices (including but not limited to false identities, doctoring images, willful spamming or manipulation of any MoneyHero’s processes, or website).
- Applicants understand and accept that gift fulfilment is facilitated by MoneyHero; Citibank (Hong Kong) does not have any liability or responsibility for the gift fulfilment.
- MoneyHero strives to keep its information accurate and up to date. However, this may sometimes differ from the information provided on the Card Provider, financial institution, service provider or specific product’s site. Customers should refer to the Card Provider’s website for the most updated rates/fees/T&Cs on the relevant product
- In the event of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
