1.「限量1+1優惠」（「推廣活動」）是由MoneyHero舉辦。

2. 信用卡新客戸於推廣期內 (i) 經MoneyHero網頁成功申請指定信用卡（根據以下所列），(ii)於5月15日至19日及22日至24日其任何一指定時段（如下列）成為最快首35名完成申請及成功遞交MoneyHero獎賞換領表格信用卡客戶及(iii)符合該指定信用卡之簽賬及指定條件，除可獲該信用卡本來之獨家優惠（「獎賞」）外，更可自動額外獲得面值HK$1,499之AirPods 3（「特別獎賞」）。

3. 推廣期

「MoneyHero 限量1+1優惠」的推廣期由2023年5月15日中午12時至2023年5月25日中午12時，包括首尾兩日（「推廣期」）。

4. 指定信用卡

為銀行全新信用卡客戸（根據以下定義），
成為最快首35名完成（所有指定卡）： i. 信用卡新客戶須於推廣期内經MoneyHero透過特定網址填妥及於限期前遞交申請表。若客戶並非透過特定網址申請指定信用卡，或於申請時開啟瀏覽器的廣告攔截程式/私人模式，客戶將不可享有此推廣活動之任何獎賞，及 ii. 合資格申請人需於完成信用卡申請後7日內填妥並成功遞交MoneyHero 的奬賞換領表格（如申請人於申請途中離開而需要尋找相關信用卡之奬賞換領表格，可於MoneyHero的網頁中的「獎賞換領中心」尋找相關信用卡之奬賞換領表格），
於2023年6月30日或之前獲批核所申請的合資格信用卡，批核以銀行系統紀錄為準，
合資格申請人需於銀行批卡後30日內啟動，並最少進行HK$1,000或以上合資格簽賬

就本節而言：

簽賬條件之計算包括基本卡及附屬卡(如適用)之所有已誌賬的簽賬及免息分期的每月供款。非認可簽賬包括(但不限於) 透過快速支付系統 (「轉數快」)進行之交易、旅行支票之金額、現金透支、信用卡結餘轉賬之金額、折現計劃之金額、賬單「分期更好使」計劃及簽賬「分期更好使」計劃、「Quick Cash」套現分期計劃之金額、繳付予稅務局之稅項、以網上銀行或網上支付系統繳費或繳交公共事務費用/保險費用、繳交基金之供款、銀行手續費、賭場交易、未誌賬/取消。
信用卡新客戸定義︰現在不持有及由申請認可信用卡當月起計過去12個月內不曾持有及不曾取消任何由花旗銀行所發行之Citi信用卡之客戶

6. 特別獎賞

合資格客戶須於同一指定時段成為首35名 (i)申請指定信用卡及(ii)成功遞交MoneyHero獎賞換領表格（根據MoneyHero內部紀錄）的客戶之一。合資格客戶隨後亦須獲批卡並完成條款5中所提及的簽賬要求。
特別獎賞及指定時段如下：

首35名額適用於所有列出之指定適用信用卡。MoneyHero將基於內部記錄確定符合資格的客戶是否在前35名完成要求。如有任何爭議，MoneyHero保留最終決定。
如果在指定時間內合資格客戶少於35名，剩餘名額將不會累積到後續之指定時段。
本推廣活動的合資格客戶還可以獲得MoneyHero指定信用卡的獎賞。有關詳情，請參閱條款5中的條款及細則。
特別奬賞之價值只供參考，有可能根據所屬供應商而調整，有關調整並非由MoneyHero控制或提出。
在指定時段內成功申請指定卡並提交MoneyHero獎勵換領表格的首35名客戶，但隨後未獲批卡的客戶將無法獲得特別奬賞。
客戶即使成功申請相關戶口及遞交奬賞換領表格，如未獲有關銀行批核或確認，仍不能領取特別奬賞。
MoneyHero並非獎賞的供應商，有關獎賞的功能，外觀，保養，性能，可用性，或在使用上之任何問題，MoneyHero概不負責。
如在特別奬賞換領流程期間，有關的供應商停止供應相關型號產品 / 有關型號產品已不能從官方渠道購買，MoneyHero有權單方面更改特別奬賞並以其他禮品代替。

7. 獎賞換領流程

是次獎賞換領流程過程受本條款及細則的約束。MoneyHero網站上的一般兌換過程不適用於本推廣活動
若申請人於獎賞換領表格輸入錯誤資料，將無法得到相關獎賞
合資格獲得特別獎賞的客戶將收到通知電郵確認換領詳情。
換領流程由推廣期完結起計需時至少16星期，所需時間或會因批核、簽賬及其他實際情況變動
如有任何關於本次優惠或獎賞的查詢，請於推廣活動完結後6個月內聯絡我們，逾期查詢恕不受理（正在跟進中的個案除外）

8. 一般條款及細則

參與此推廣活動即代表同意受此條款及細則約束。
如有任何爭議，MoneyHero保留最終決定權並對所有參加者具約束力。
如此推廣活動之條款和細則與任何其他相關材料（例如行銷材料）存在不一致之處，則以本條款和條件為準。
MoneyHero保留更改此條款及細則的權利，包括及不限於更改推廣期，並不作另行通知。
奬賞不可退回現金或換成其他奬賞。所有奬賞換完即止。得奬者有責任自行檢查有關禮品之完整性。MoneyHero不會負上任何關於奬賞禮品的責任，包括但不限於質素，供應，運輸及保養維修。
於規定日期前（如有）未換領之奬賞於會被取消。
一旦同意此份條款及細則，你即在此聲明並保證你將遵守法例及與此活動有關之條例，以及你不會以此活動達至任何非法目的。
參與此活動即代表你同意有關金額機構向MoneyHero提供申請人之申請情況，包括申請人是否獲得批核，及是否滿足奬賞換領條件，以作為界定申請人是否能獲得奬賞之用。

參加者所申請之產品或服務獲批核與否，由有關之金融機構因應參加者之財政或信貸狀況決定。參與此活動並不影響其獲批核機會，MoneyHero並不會保証參加者可獲批。
你若因參與此活動造成或承受任何破壞、損失、責任、傷害或失望，MoneyHero概不負責。一旦參與此活動，你將不追究MoneyHero及其銷售伙伴任何責任，包括但不限於獲贈之禮品及優惠。
參與此活動的客戶在此聲明並保證，他們將遵守所有適用的香港法律或法規，並且不會將本推廣活動用於任何非法或欺詐目的。

Terms and Conditions of【MoneyHero 1 + 1 Limited Offer】(May 2023)

MoneyHero 1 + 1 Limited Offer

1. The 「MoneyHero 1 + 1 Limited Offer」 (the “Promotion”) is organized by MoneyHero.

2. New credit card customers who (i) successfully apply for a Designated Card through the MoneyHero website during the Promotion Period, (ii) are one of the first 35 Eligible Customers who complete their application and successfully submit the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form during one of the Specified Periods (each as defined herein), and (iii) meet the designated credit card spending and designated conditions, will receive a pair of AirPods 3 (face value of HK$1,499) (the “Special Reward”), in addition to the regular MoneyHero exclusive offer (“Reward”) for that Designated Card.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion period of the 「1 + 1 Limited Offer」is from 12:00 noon May 15, 2023 to 12:00 noon May 25, 2023, dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).

4. Designated Cards

For the purposes of this Promotion, the Designated Cards are:

5. Eligible Customers

In order to comprise “Eligible Customers”, customers are required to complete the following :

(each a “Designated Citi Card”)

Customers must:

Be a New Citi Credit Card Customer (as defined below);
Be one of the first thirty (35) customers (across all Designated Cards) to:
- Fully complete and submit an application for a Designated Citi Card on the designated link through MoneyHero during the Promotion Period. If the application is not made via the designated link, or an Ad-blocker, tracking blocker or incognito mode is enabled during the application, it may not be counted as valid and may lead to the customer not being eligible for any rewards. MoneyHero reserves the right to withhold any rewards where, according to its records, the application is not made through MoneyHero in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and
- Fully complete and submit the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form within 7 days of card application competition ;

(if the customer leaves during the application process and needs to find the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form, he/she can find the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form for the relevant Designated Card from the “Reward Redemption Center” page of the MoneyHero website);

Have their application for the Designated Citi Card approved by the Card Provider on or before June 30, 2023, subject to the Card Providers’ system records; and
Activate the Designated Citi Card and spend at least HK$1,000 in Eligible Spending using the Designated Citi Card applied for within 30 days of receiving approval from the Card Provider.

For the purposes of this section:

“Eligible Spending” means all posted transactions and monthly installments of billed interest free installment plans conducted by principal and supplementary card(s), if applicable. Ineligible transactions include but are not limited to transactions through Faster Payment System (FPS) services, traveler’s checks, cash advances, withdrawal amount/loan amount under the Balance Transfer Program, Cash Conversion Program, “FlexiBill” Installment Program and “PayLite” Installment Program and Quick Cash Installment Program, payment to the Inland Revenue Department, online bill payment or utilities bill / insurance transactions made with Eligible Card via internet banking or online payment system, all payments made using “Citi PayAll Service”, mutual funds payment, fees & charges, casino transactions, unposted/cancelled/refunded transactions, or other unauthorized transactions and fraud and abuse transactions.
“New Citi Credit Card Customers” means customers who currently do not hold, have not cancelled and have not held any principal credit card of Citi within the past 12 months from the month of application for the Eligible Card.

6. Special Reward

In order to receive the Special Reward, Eligible Customers of this Promotion must be one of the first thirty (35) Eligible Customers during the same Specified Period to both (i) start an application for a Designated Card, and (ii) submit the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form to MoneyHero, each based solely on MoneyHero’s internal records. Eligible Customers must also subsequently have the Designated Card approved by the Card Provider and complete any spending requirements as set out in Clause 5 above.
The Special Reward and Specified Periods are as follows:

The limit of thirty (35) Eligible Customers per Specified Period applies across all Designated Cards. Determination of whether an Eligible Customer falls within the first thirty (35) to complete the requirements will be based solely on MoneyHero’s internal records. In the event of any disputes, MoneyHero’s decision shall be final.
In the event that there are less than thirty (35) Eligible Customers for a given Specified Period, the excess shall not roll over into the subsequent Specified Period.
Eligible Customers of this Promotion will also be able to receive MoneyHero’s standard rewards for the same Designated Card. Please refer to the terms and conditions set out in Clause 5 for further details.
The recommended retail value of the Special Reward provided above is for reference purposes only and is subject to change by the issuing merchant, over which MoneyHero has no control.
Customers who are one of the first thirty (35) in a Specified Period to successfully apply for a Designated Card and submit the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form but are subsequently not approved by the Card Provider will not be able to receive the Special Reward.
MoneyHero is not associated with the provider of the Special Reward and is not responsible for any issues related to usage of the Special Reward. Any enquiries regarding the Special Reward should be directed to the manufacturer/provider of the Special Reward.
If the provider of the Special Reward stops supplying the relevant reward(s) / the reward(s) can no longer be purchased from official channels, MoneyHero reserves the right to change the Special Reward and replace it with another product within the same promotion period.

7. Redemption Process for the Promotion Reward

The general redemption process set out on the MoneyHero Website shall not apply to this Promotion. The redemption process for the Special Reward shall be governed solely by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion.
Eligible Customers who provide inaccurate or incorrect information in the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form (as determined by MoneyHero acting in its absolute discretion) will not be able to receive the Special Reward.
Eligible Customers who qualify to receive the Special Reward will receive a notification email confirming redemption details for the Special Reward.
The redemption process may take at least 16 weeks starting from the end of the Promotion Period, depending on the actual situation regarding user approval and transaction status or other factors that may affect eligibility for the Special Reward.
Any queries regarding this Promotion or the Special Reward (including regarding redemption) should be made to MoneyHero within six (6) months after the end of the Promotion Period. Queries that are received after this date will not be handled or responded to, except for those already in progress.

8. General Promotion Terms

By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
In case of any disputes, MoneyHero reserves the right to make the final decision in its absolute discretion, which shall be binding on all participants.
In the event of any inconsistencies between these Terms and Conditions and any other materials (e.g marketing materials) relating to this Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
MoneyHero reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, including changing the Promotion Period or Special Reward or to terminate this Promotion with or without prior notice.
The Special Reward is not refundable nor exchangeable for cash or other rewards. All products and services relating to the Promotion are available while stock lasts. Customers are responsible for checking the quality of the Special Reward at the time of redemption. MoneyHero shall have no legal liability relating to any aspects of the Special Reward including but not limited to its quality, supply, delivery and maintenance.
Special Rewards that remain unclaimed past the stipulated collection period (if any) will be forfeited.
By participating in this Promotion, participants hereby represent and warrant that they will comply with all applicable Hong Kong laws or regulations in connection with their participation in this Promotion and they will not use this Promotion for any illegal or fraudulent purposes.
By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to allow the Card Provider to update MoneyHero with information regarding the status of their application, including whether or not said application is successful and whether the participant has fulfilled all the conditions required to receive the Special Reward, for the purposes of verifying a participant’s eligibility for the Special Reward.
By participating in this Promotion, participants consent to MoneyHero sharing their personal details with the Card Provider in order to accurately track the number of applications and/or approvals, as well as to confirm whether a participant is eligible to receive any Special Reward, in accordance with MoneyHero’s Privacy Policy.
Final approval of any product is determined by the Card Provider in its absolute discretion and is subject to their credit and risk processing criteria. Participation in this Promotion does not guarantee the approval of any product applied for. MoneyHero does not guarantee the approval of any product applied for.
MoneyHero accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by participants as a result of their participation in this Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, participants release MoneyHero and its agents from all liability, including, without limitation, with respect to this Promotion and the Promotion Reward.
By participating in this Promotion, customers hereby represent and warrant that they will comply with all applicable Hong Kong laws or regulations in connection with their participation in this Promotion and they will not use this Promotion for any illegal or fraudulent purposes.
MoneyHero reserves the right to disqualify any participant and withhold or confiscate in full or part any rewards if the participant is found to be, or reasonably suspected of participating in any form of fraudulent practices (including but not limited to false identities, doctoring images, willful spamming or manipulation of any MoneyHero’s processes, or website).
MoneyHero strives to keep its information accurate and up to date. However, this may sometimes differ from the information provided on the Product Provider, financial institution, service provider or specific product’s site. Eligible Customers should refer to the Product Provider’s website for the most updated rates/fees/T&Cs on the relevant product.
In the event of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
