【MoneyHero x 東亞銀行信用卡獨家優惠之推廣條款及細則（2023年5月）- Apple Store禮品卡/ HKTVmall電子購物禮券/ 惠康超市購物禮券】
全新信用卡客戸於以下推廣期內經指定MoneyHero網頁用"BEAMHC22"推薦編號成功申請指定東亞銀行信用卡，並1)於遞交信用卡申請後7日內填妥及遞交「奬賞換領表格」予MoneyHero；及2) 於2023年6月30日或之前獲東亞銀行批核、批卡日起計30日內確認及憑新卡最少簽賬一次（如同時申請兩張信用卡需憑新卡分別各簽賬一次），即可按條件獲得奬賞：

- 如享用此MoneyHero獨家優惠，則不能同時享用其他東亞推廣優惠 (如：不能同時享用“東亞銀行信用卡客戶推薦獎賞計劃”)
推廣期
除特別註明外，此次推廣期由2023年5月3日中午12時至2023年5月31日下午6時，包括首尾兩日（「推廣期」）。
參加資格
要取得獨家優惠奬賞資格，申請人需滿足以下條件︰
- 為銀行全新信用卡客戸^（根據以下定義），
- 信用卡新客戶須於推廣期内經MoneyHero透過特定網址填妥及於限期前遞交申請表，於2023年6月30日或之前成功獲由銀行審批並發行之指定信用卡。若客戶並非透過特定網址申請指定信用卡，或於申請時開啟瀏覽器的廣告攔截程式/追蹤攔截程式/私人模式，客戶將不可享有此推廣活動之任何獎賞，
- 使用"BEAMHC22"推薦編號申請指定信用卡，
- 合資格申請人需於遞交信用卡申請後7日內填妥及遞交「奬賞換領表格」予MoneyHero及正確之指定信用卡申請編號。如未能在限期內提交奬賞換領表格，即使符合其他得獎條件，亦不能獲得相關獎賞
如申請人未能收到相關奬賞換領表格，需以電郵發送你的申請參考編號、申請產品名稱（如︰東亞銀行i-Titanium卡）至support@moneyhero.com.hk。MoneyHero客戶服務團隊會以人手發送MoneyHero獎賞換領表格給申請人
- 該信用卡申請需於2023年6月30日或之前獲東亞銀行批核，批核以銀行系統紀錄為準
- 合資格申請人需於批卡日起計30日內確認該卡，及每張卡最少進行一次簽賬或以上
- 持卡人之賬戶於推廣期及迎新獎賞發放時必須維持有效。
合資格信用卡
東亞銀行i-Titanium信用卡；東亞銀行World Mastercard卡
合資格客戶可申請一張指定信用卡或兩張指定信用卡作為雙卡申請（以同一申請表遞交雙卡申請）。若合資格客戶進行雙卡申請，合資格客戶必須使用每張指定卡並每張卡至少消費一次，方可取得獨家優惠奬賞資格。
^信用卡新客戸定義如下︰
迎新獎賞及MoneyHero獨家優惠只適用於遞交申請日及批核之前6個月內並無持有及不曾取消任何由東亞銀行所發行之信用卡之主卡（不包括東亞銀行公司卡及所有聯營卡和附屬卡）或特選東亞銀行 信用卡之客戶。
獨家獎賞︰
符合上述條件的合資格客戶，將可按所申請之條件及卡種獲得以下其中一款：
東亞銀行World Mastercard卡或i-Titanium卡（申請其中1張）
- Apple Store禮品卡，價值HK$400；或
- HKTVmall電子購物禮券，價值HK$400；或
- 惠康超市購物禮券，價值HK$400

- MoneyHero並非獎賞的供應商，有關獎賞的功能，外觀，保養，性能，可用性，或在使用上之任何問題，MoneyHero概不負責
- 特別奬賞之價值只供參考，有可能根據所屬供應商而調整，有關調整並非由MoneyHero控制或提出
- 客戶即使成功申請相關戶口及遞交奬賞換領表格，如未獲有關銀行批核或確認，仍不能領取特別奬賞。
- 如在特別奬賞換領流程期間，有關的供應商停止供應相關型號產品 / 有關型號產品已不能從官方渠道購買，MoneyHero有權單方面更改特別奬賞並以同一推廣期內之其他禮品代替
獎賞換領流程
- 是次獎賞換領流程過程受本條款及細則的約束。MoneyHero網站上的一般兌換過程不適用於本推廣活動。
- 在成功批核指定信用卡後，申請人須在限期內完成並遞交領取獎賞申請表格。如申請人未能在限期內提交獎賞換領表格，即使申請人符合其他得獎條件，亦不能獲得相關信用卡迎新或獨家獎賞
- 若申請人於獎賞換領表格輸入錯誤資料，將無法得到相關獎賞。
(申請完成後會收到東亞銀行之電郵並附有申請編號，申請編號為OA開頭。請小心核對申請編號, 以免獎賞資格被取消。)
- 換領流程由銀行確認奬賞資格起計需時至少16星期，所需時間或會因批核、簽賬及其他實際情況變動
- 持卡人之賬戶於推廣期及迎新獎賞發放時必須維持有效。
- 如有任何關於本次優惠的查詢，請於2023年10月31日或之前聯絡我們，逾期查詢恕不受理（正在跟進中的個案除外）
一般條款及細則
- 如有任何爭議，MoneyHero保留最終決定權並對所有參加者具約束力。
- MoneyHero保留更改此條款及細則的權利，包括並不限於：推廣期、特別奬賞、終止是次推廣，並不作另行通知。
- 特別奬賞不可退款或兌換成現金。推廣活動的特別奬賞數量有限，送完即止。客戶有責任在兌換時檢查特別奬賞。 MoneyHero對特別奬賞不承擔任何法律責任，包括但不限於其質量、供應、交付及維護。
- 如客戶未能於規定的領取期限（如有）領取特別奬賞，將被視為放棄換領資格。
- 一旦同意此份條款及細則，你即在此聲明並保證你將遵守法例及與此活動有關之條例，以及你不會以此活動達至任何非法目的。
- 參與此活動即代表你同意有關金額機構向MoneyHero提供申請人之申請情況，包括申請人是否獲得批核，及是否滿足奬賞換領條件，以作為界定申請人是否能獲得奬賞之用。
- 參與此活動即代表你同意MoneyHero有權根據私隱政策向有關金額機構分享及查詢申請人個人資料，包括申請情況及是否滿足奬賞換領條件，以作為界定申請人是否能獲得奬賞之用。
- 金融產品的最終批准均由有關金融機構全權決定，並受其處理標準約束。參與此推廣活動並不保證所申請的金融產品都會獲得批核。
- 你若因參與此活動造成或承受任何破壞、損失、責任、傷害或失望，MoneyHero概不負責。一旦參與此活動，你將不追究MoneyHero及其銷售伙伴任何責任，包括但不限於獲贈之禮品及優惠。
- 如果參與者被發現或有理由懷疑參與任何形式的欺詐行為（包括但不限於虛假身份、篡改圖像、故意垃圾郵件或操縱MoneyHero網站），MoneyHero保留權利取消其參加資格。
- 申請人明白及接納獎賞換領由MoneyHero完成。
- 此條款細則為英文版本譯本。如中、英文兩個版本有任何抵觸或不相符之處，應以英文版本為準。
[Terms and Conditions of Exclusive offer between MoneyHero x BEA credit card (May 2023) – Apple Store Gift Card/ HKTVmall voucher/ Wellcome supermarket voucher]
The new customers who successfully apply designated BEA credit cards with Promo Code “BEAMHC22” via MoneyHero and 1) Complete and submit the Reward Redemption Form to MoneyHero within 7 days after credit card applications; and 2) Approved by BEA on or before 30 Jun 2023, activate and spend once with the new card(s) within 30 days after card issued (spend once with both new cards for dual cards application), to enjoy the following offers:
- Apply BEA World Mastercard along with i-Titanium Card (Using 1 application form):
1/ Apple Store Gift Card with face value of HK$800; or 2/ HKTVmall voucher with face value of HK$800; or 3/ Wellcome supermarket voucher with face value of HK$800 (1 out of 3)
- Apply BEA World Mastercard or i-Titanium Card (Either one):
1/ Apple Store Gift Card with face value of HK$400; or 2/ HKTVmall voucher with face value of HK$400; or 3/ wellcome supermarket voucher with face value of HK$400 (1 out of 3)
- This exclusive offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer (For example: BEA Credit Card MGM Scheme)
Promotion Period
Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period of the Promotion is from 12:00 May 3, 2023 to 18:00 May 31, 2023 dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
The applicant is required to fulfill the below requirements to entitle the Exclusive offer:
- Be a New Credit Card Customer^ (as defined below);
- New Credit Card Customer is required to submit an application for one of the Designated Cards or both Designated Cards (as defined below) on the designated link through MoneyHero during the Promotion Period, the application for the Designated Card(s) approved by the card issuer on or before 30 Jun, 2023. If the application is not made via the designated link, or an Ad-blocker, tracking blocker or incognito mode is enabled during the application, it may not be counted as valid and may lead to the customer not being eligible for any rewards. MoneyHero reserves the right to withhold any rewards where, according to its records, the application is not made through MoneyHero in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
- Use Promo Code “BEAMHC22” to apply Designated Cards
- Customer is required to complete and submit the Reward Redemption Form to MoneyHero within 7 days after card application. Customers who do not submit the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form within this period will not be eligible to receive the Promotion Reward, even if they fulfill all other conditions. If customer does not receive the Reward Redemption Form, customer is required to send email to support@moneyhero.com.hk with Credit card application number and product name (e.g. BEA i-Titanium Card), the customer service team of MoneyHero would share the Reward Redemption Form manually
- The credit card application(s) are approved by BEA successfully on or before 30 Jun, 2023, subject to the card issuer’s system records;
- Activate and spend at least once (using each Designated Card applied for) within 30 days after card issued.
- The cardholder’s account must be valid during the promotion period and at the time the welcome offer is given.
Designated Cards
BEA i-Titanium Card; BEA World Mastercard
Eligible Customers can apply for either a single Designated Card or both Designated Cards of Dual Card Application (Using 1 application form for Dual Card Application). Where the Eligible Customer is making a Dual Card Application, the Eligible Customer must spend at least once using each Designated Card pursuant above in order to receive the Promotion Reward.
^New Credit Card Customers
The welcome gift & MoneyHero Exclusive Offer are only available to customers who have not held, have not cancelled any principal BEA Credit Card (excluding the BEA Corporate Card and all co-branded/affinity cards and supplementary cards) in the 6 months prior to the application submission date and at the time of card approval (excluding selected customers).
Exclusive Offer
For eligible customers who fulfilled the above requirements, one of the following rewards can be entitled, subject to conditions and card type of application:
- Apply BEA World Mastercard and BEA i-Titanium Card (Using 1 application form)
- Apple Gift Card, value of HK$800; or
- HKTVmall Voucher, value of HK$800; or
- Wellcome supermarket voucher, value of HK$800
- Apply BEA World Mastercard or i-Titanium Card (Either one)
- Apple Gift Card, value of HK$400; or
- HKTVmall Voucher, value of HK$400; or
- Wellcome supermarket voucher, value of HK$400
- MoneyHero is not associated with the provider of the Promotion Reward(s) and is not responsible for any issues related to usage of the Promotion Reward(s). Any enquiries regarding the Promotion Reward(s) should be directed to the manufacturer/provider of the Promotion Reward.
- The recommended retail values of the Promotion Rewards provided above are for reference purposes only and are subject to change by the issuing merchant, over which MoneyHero has no control.
- Customers who successfully apply for a Designated Bank Account and submit the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form but are not approved by the bank will not be able to receive any Promotion Reward.
- If the provider of the Promotion Reward(s) stops supplying the relevant Promotion Reward(s) / the Promotion Reward(s) can no longer be purchased from official channels, MoneyHero reserves the right to change the Promotion Reward and replace it with another product with an alternative of similar value.
Redemption Process for the Promotion Reward
- The general redemption process set out on the MoneyHero Website shall not apply to this Promotion. The redemption process for the Promotion Reward shall be governed solely by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion.
- Customers whose applications for the Designated Card are approved by the card Provider are required to submit the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form within 7 days of receiving the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form from MoneyHero in order to be eligible for the Promotion Reward. Customers who do not submit the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form within this period will not be eligible to receive the Promotion Reward, even if they fulfill all other conditions.
- Participants who provide inaccurate or incorrect information in the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form (as determined by MoneyHero acting in its absolute discretion) will not be able to receive the Promotion Reward.
(After the application is completed, you will receive an email from BEA with the application code which starting with “OA”. Please check the application reference number carefully to avoid disqualification)
- The redemption process may take at least 16 weeks starting from the date on which the eligibility is confirmed by BEA Bank, depending on the actual situation regarding user approval and transaction status or other factors that may affect eligibility for the Promotion Reward.
- The cardholder’s account must be valid during the promotion period and at the time the welcome offer is given.
- Customers are required to redeem the Promotion Reward on or before Oct 31, 2023. Any queries regarding redemption, or redemption submissions of the Promotion Reward that are received after this date will not be handled, except for those already in progress.
General Promotion Terms
- In case of any disputes, MoneyHero reserves the right to make the final decision in its absolute discretion, which shall be binding on all participants.
- MoneyHero reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, including changing the Promotion Period or Promotion Reward or to terminate this Promotion with or without prior notice.
- Promotion Rewards are not refundable nor exchangeable for cash or other rewards. All products and services relating to the Promotion are available while stock lasts. Customers are responsible for checking the quality of the Promotion Rewards at the time of redemption. MoneyHero shall have no legal liability relating to any aspects of the Promotion Rewards including but not limited to its quality, supply, delivery and maintenance.
- Promotion Rewards that remain unclaimed past the stipulated collection period (if any) will be forfeited.
- By participating in this Promotion, participants hereby represent and warrant that they will comply with all applicable Hong Kong laws or regulations in connection with their participation in this Promotion and they will not use this Promotion for any illegal or fraudulent purposes.
- By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to allow the product provider to update MoneyHero with information regarding the status of their application, including whether or not said application is successful and whether the participant has fulfilled all the conditions required to receive the Promotion Reward, for the purposes of verifying a participant’s eligibility for the Promotion Reward.
- By participating in this Promotion, participants consent to MoneyHero sharing their personal details with the product provider in order to accurately track the number of applications and/or approvals, as well as to confirm whether a participant is eligible to receive any Promotion Reward, in accordance with MoneyHero’s Privacy Policy.
- Final approval of any product is determined by the product provider in its absolute discretion and is subject to their credit and risk processing criteria. Participation in this Promotion does not guarantee the approval of any product applied for. MoneyHero does not guarantee the approval of any product applied for.
- MoneyHero accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by participants as a result of their participation in this Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, participants release MoneyHero and its agents from all liability, including, without limitation, with respect to this Promotion and the Promotion Reward.
- MoneyHero reserves the right to disqualify any participant and withhold or confiscate in full or part any rewards if the participant is found to be, or reasonably suspected of participating in any form of fraudulent practices (including but not limited to false identities, doctoring images, willful spamming or manipulation of any MoneyHero’s processes, or website).
- Applicants understand and accept that gift fulfilment is facilitated by MoneyHero.
- In the event of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
