Description
Customers who purchase selected domestic helper insurance policies ("Designated Plans") sold through MoneyHero and successfully complete the redemption process will receive up to HK$400 in supermarket coupons ("Reward").
Promotion Period
Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period of Bank of China Group Insurance Co. Ltd is from December 13, 2021 to February 14, 2022, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
Eligible Customers
In order to receive the Reward, customers are required to, during the Promotion Period:
- Purchase a domestic helper insurance policy from Bank of China Group Insurance Co. Ltd;
- Fully complete the policy purchase process through MoneyHero during the Promotion Period;
- Fully complete and submit the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form within 7 days of policy sold, subject to the system records of the provider and MoneyHero.
"The “Designated Plans” include Demostic Helper Insurance policies issued by Bank of China Group Insurance Co. Ltd.
Reward
- The Reward is a set of supermarket cash coupons with a value of up to HK$400, subject to the premium payable on the Designated Plan (as set out in Table [x] below);
For Policy Collected premium Amount HK$2,001 or above, Coupon value reward HK$400;
For Policy Collected premium Amount HK$1,201 to $2,000, Coupon value reward HK$200;
For Policy Collected premium Amount HK$601 to $1,200, Coupon value reward HK$100;
For Policy Collected premium Amount HK$401 to $600, Coupon value reward HK$50;
- MoneyHero is not associated with the provider of the Reward and is not responsible for any issues related to usage of the Reward. Any enquiries regarding the Reward itself should be directed to the provider.
Redemption Process
- Customers who purchased the Designated Plans are required to submit the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form within 7 days after policy sold in order to be eligible for the Reward. Customers who do not submit the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form within this period will not be able to receive the Reward.
- Customers who submit the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form within the period stipulated above but cancel the Designated Plan within one year of the date on which the Designated Plan was purchased will not be eligible to receive the Reward. Customers agree that if they redeem the Reward but subsequently cancel the Designated Plan, MoneyHero or the provider shall have the right, at their discretion, to deduct the value of the Reward from any refund that may be given to the Customer.
- Participants who provide inaccurate or incorrect information in the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form will not be able to receive the Reward.
General Policy
- In case of any disputes, MoneyHero reserves the right to make the final decision, which shall be binding on all participants.
- MoneyHero reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, including changing the Promotion Period or Reward or to terminate this Promotion without prior notice.
- Rewards are not refundable nor exchangeable for cash or other rewards.
- Rewards that remain unclaimed past the stipulated collection period (if any) will be forfeited.
- By participating in this Promotion, participants hereby represent and warrant that they will comply with all applicable Hong Kong laws or regulations in connection with their participation in this Promotion and they will not use this Promotion for any illegal purposes.
- By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to allow the product provider to update MoneyHero with information regarding the status of their application or purchase, including whether or not said application or purchase is successful and whether the participant has fulfilled all the conditions required to receive the Reward, for the purposes of verifying a participant’s eligibility for the Reward.
- Final approval of any product is determined by the product provider and is subject to their credit and risk processing criteria. Participation in this Promotion does not guarantee the approval of any product applied for. MoneyHero does not guarantee the approval of any product applied for.
- MoneyHero accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by participants as a result of their participation in this Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, participants release MoneyHero and their agents from all liability, including, without limitation, with respect to this Promotion and the Reward.
- MoneyHero reserves the right to disqualify any participant and withhold or confiscate in full or part any rewards if the participant is found to be, or reasonably suspected of participating in any form of fraudulent practices (including but not limited to false identities, doctoring images, wilful spamming or manipulation of any MoneyHero’s processes, or website).
- In the event of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
