Zurich x MoneyHero Flash Sales Offer Terms and Conditions
Zurich x MoneyHero Flash Sales Offer (“Offer”) is provided by Zurich Insurance Company Ltd (a company incorporated in Switzerland with limited liability) (“Zurich”). MoneyHero Insurance Brokers Limited (“MoneyHero”) is an appointed licensed insurance broker of Zurich and is a licensed insurance broker in Hong Kong and regulated by the Insurance Authority of Hong Kong (Licensed insurance Brokers License No. FB1740).
Customers who apply for the HomeChoice Insurance Plan through MONEYHERO and enter the designated promo code in online application form between Jun 22, 2021 and Jun 25, 2021 (both days inclusive) (“Promotion Period”) with a discounted annual premium (including premium loading) amounts HKD 1,000 or above, and the policy successfully issued by Zurich and effective on or before Jun 25, 2021 will be entitled to HKD 500 HKTVmall e-Gift voucher (“Gift“).
Redemption code of the Gift (“Code”) will be sent to the customer’s email address provided to Zurich at the time of policy application by email on or before August 25, 2021. The policy must remain in force when the Code is sent out. The Code will not be replaced if lost or stolen. The Gift must be redeemed within two months from the Code issue date. The use of the Gift is subject to its terms and conditions.
The Gift is available while stocks last. Zurich reserves the right to provide replacement gift of equivalent value should the Gift be out of stock, at Zurich’s sole discretion, without any prior notice.
The Gift is not exchangeable for cash and is not transferrable.
In case customers terminate the policy(ies) during the insurance period, Zurich shall have the right to claim back the full price of the Gift.
If the customer is also entitled to other prevailing promotional Offer(s) in respect of the same policy(ies), Zurich reserves the right to provide only one of such Offers to the customer, at Zurich’s sole discretion.
The date and time appearing in the records of Zurich shall be conclusive as to the date and time relevant to the Offer. Zurich shall not be responsible for any interruption, delay, loss, error or unrecognized information in relation to the application process due to technical problems including any computer or network problems.
Zurich reserves the right to alter or terminate the Offer (in whole or in part) or amend the Offer terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
In case of any disputes of the Offer, the decision of Zurich shall be final and conclusive.
The Gifts are provided by its corresponding provider (“Provider”). Zurich shall not have any obligations or liabilities whatsoever in relation to the goods and/or service(s) provided by the Provider. Any issues with the Gifts shall be resolved with the Provider directly.
In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
