To get your exclusive offers, please:
- Fill out the MoneyHero reward form before the deadline mentioned in the promotion, after you’ve successfully applied for the financial product.
- Email required documents (if any) to support@moneyhero.com.hk.
- We’ll check with the financial institution to make sure you qualify for the reward.
- Once confirmed, we’ll start preparing your reward. This usually takes around 16 weeks, but it can vary.

MoneyHero members can simply log in to check the progress of your exclusive rewards application at any time.
