MoneyHero 6th Anniversary - Smart Financial Decisions Begin With Us

The [ MoneyHero 6th Anniversary - Smart Financial Decisions Begin With Us] (“Campaign”) promotional period is from November 21, 2019 10:00am to December 13, 2019 6:00pm inclusive ("Promotion Period"). Campaign Part 1 is from November 21, 2019 10:00am to November 29, 2019 6:00pm inclusive  ("Promotion Period 1"). Campaign Part 2 is from November 21, 2019 10:00am to December 13, 2019 6:00pm inclusive  ("Promotion Period 2").

All answers, contact information and registration date & time submitted for this Campaign are subject to our server records. All Campaign entries submitted outside the Promotion Period are considered invalid.

This Campaign is only applicable to participants who, at the time of prize collection, are physically present in Hong Kong. They must also be aged 18 or above and provide valid identity documents issued by the HKSAR Government.

Participants may join either Campaign Part 1 or Campaign Part 2, or both.

For Campaign Part 1, participants need to complete all the required fields in the survey in order for their entry to be considered valid.

For Campaign Part 2, participants need to complete all the required fields in the survey and provide a valid transaction number or policy number from purchase of designated travel insurance products including Allianz Travel, Allied World and Starr Companies via MoneyHero during Promotion Period 2 in order for their entry to be considered valid.

For Campaign Part 1, the participants who submit the 6 most creative and constructive submissions/answers will be rewarded with TraveLead Travel Insurance - Extra (Annual)  ("Travel Insurance")(valued at HKD$1,300 per set). There will be a total of 6  Travel Insurance policies given away as rewards for Campaign Part 1. MoneyHero will select a further 90 participants to receive a set of Eatigo Promo Codes (valued at HKD$100 per set), based on their submissions/answers.

For Campaign Part 2, the participants who submit the 6 most creative and constructive submissions/answers will be rewarded with an iPhone 11 (128GB) ("iPhone")(valued at HKD$6,499 per set). There will be a total of 6 iPhones given away as rewards for Campaign Part 2.

A single email address may only be used to enter each part of the Campaign once and win a maximum of one prize from Campaign 1 and one prize from Campaign 2. If there are multiple entries submitted by the same participant, MoneyHero will only consider the first submitted entry and the date/time of that first entry.

Winners will be selected by a panel of judges from the MoneyHero team.

Winners will be selected and announced within 2 weeks after the end of each respective Promotion Period.

MoneyHero will announce the Winners on this promotional website and/or the MoneyHero Facebook Page.

MoneyHero will contact the Winners via their provided email address before the end of December 2019. Winners will be notified as to the arrangements to collect the prizes. If the winner fails to reply and collect the prize within the specified date period stated, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited their prize.

Winners of the Travel Insurance are required to submit all necessary details in order to redeem the Travel Insurance as per instructions of MoneyHero. The Travel Insurance will be effective from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020.

All Eatigo Promo Codes will expire on March 31, 2020 (the “Expiration Date”). Winners must redeem their Eatigo Promo Code before the Expiration Date. MoneyHero will not provide any compensation for Eatigo Promo Codes that are not redeemed before the Expiration Date. Usage of the Eatigo Promo Codes is subject to separate terms & conditions which will be available from Eatigo.

Winners of the iPhone are required to collect the prize in person at MoneyHero’s office located at Room 1502 & 1503, 15th floor, 88 Hing Fat Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong during regular office hours (Monday - Friday) from 10 am to 6 pm. 

We may carry out publicity activities relating to the Campaign. By participating in the Campaign, Winners agree for their photograph and name to be disclosed in any publicity materials related to the Campaign that MoneyHero may create. All personal information collected as part of the Campaign will be used in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.

The iPhones are provided “as is” without additional warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of fitness for purpose or non-infringement.

Participants acknowledge that MoneyHero is not associated with the device manufacturer and is not responsible for the functioning of the iPhones. Any queries regarding the iPhone, including but not limited to its functioning or any after-sales support, should be directed to the device manufacturer.

Prizes may not be transferred, assigned, redeemed for cash. Prizes will not be re-issued in the event of loss or damage.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to MoneyHero are true and correct. Participants warrant and represent that any such information, including personal communication details, are neither fraudulent nor misappropriated from any third party.

If for any reason the Campaign is unable to be held as planned, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, trojan horses, denial of service attacks, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of MoneyHero that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Campaign, MoneyHero reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with the entry process without prior notice. 

MoneyHero accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of your participation in this Campaign. By participating in this Campaign, you release MoneyHero and their agents from all liability, including, without limitation, with respect to the Prize.

By participating in this Campaign, you hereby represent and warrant that you will comply with applicable Hong Kong laws or regulations in connection with your participation in this Campaign and you will not use this Campaign for any illegal purposes.

MoneyHero reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time or to terminate this Campaign without prior notice.

In case of any disputes, MoneyHero reserves the right of final decision and is binding on all Campaigns’ participants.

Employees of MoneyHero Global Limited (“MoneyHero”), or their family members may not participate in this Campaign.

If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions and any details of the promotion, the English version shall prevail.

By participating in this Campaign, Participants are deemed to have consented and agree to the above terms and conditions.
