(1) Please email onlinebanking_claims@allianz.com within 30 days of being aware of the loss.
(2) Before you submit a claim, please check to make sure that the date of the cyber attack occurs and/or commences after the waiting period. Any cyber attack which occurs and/or commences during the waiting period are not covered.
(3) When you contact Allianz/Allianz Partners, they will let you know what information they need from you for a claim and how your claim will be processed. At a minimum Allianz will request:
- Completed Claim Form · A proof of Police Report (Please report the fraud to the police within 24 hours of being aware of the loss).
- Your first name and your last name
- Email confirmation / reference number on the enrollment of this protection
- A description of the cyber attack
- A proof of fraud (e.g. statement of your bank account)
- A proof of non-reimbursement from the financial institution(s) which issued your credit card(s), debit card(s) and/or bank account(s)
