1. Eligible Customers who apply for any of the selected loan products listed below (each a “Designated Loan”) through the MoneyHero website or App, are approved by the Product Provider, fulfill the specific drawdown requirements within the Promotion Period and then find a higher face value gift card/voucher exclusive offer being offered publicly by a third party in respect of the same Designated Loan during the Promotion Period can submit proof of the same to MoneyHero to receive an additional gift card/voucher in accordance with the terms of this Promotion.

2. Promotion Period
Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period of the Promotion is from 13 October, 2023 to 31 October, 2023 both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
3. Designated Loans
For the purposes of this Promotion, the Designated Loans and Product Providers are:
- CNCBI $mart Plus Personal Instalment Loan (the Product Provider being China CITIC Bank International)
- Citi Speedy Cash Loan (the Product Provider being Citibank Hong Kong)
4.Eligible Customers
In order to receive a Promotion Reward and to comprise "Eligible Customers", customers are required to, during one the Promotion Period:
4.1 Be a resident of Hong Kong aged 18 or above;
4.2 Fully complete and submit an application for a Designated Loan on the designated link through MoneyHero during. If the application is not made via the designated link, or an Ad-blocker, tracking blocker or incognito mode is enabled during the application, it may not be counted as valid and may lead to the customer not being eligible for any rewards. MoneyHero reserves the right to withhold any rewards where, according to its records, the application is not made through MoneyHero in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
4.2 Fully complete and submit the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form within 7 days after receiving the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form from MoneyHero;
4.3 Have their application for the Designated Loan approved by the Product Provider and complete drawdown for the Designated Loan accordingly;
4.4 Apply for the Promotion Reward via the designated link on the MoneyHero Website and provide the following details in the Best Loan Exclusive Offer Guarantee Form:
- Screenshot of a gift card, coupon, voucher offered publicly by a third party in respect of the same Designated Loan applied for by the customer for the same loan amount, that is of a higher face value which is a genuine offer and not an error (the “Higher Offer”) than the gift card, coupon, voucher offered by MoneyHero under the same conditions (the “Original MoneyHero Offer”);
- The phone number provided in the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form;
- The email address provided in the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form;
- The name of the Designated Loan applied for via MoneyHero; and
- The application reference number of the Designated Loan applied for via MoneyHero.
5. Higher Offer Terms:
The Higher Offer submitted by an Eligible Customer must:
5.1 be a gift card, coupon, voucher available to the public when applying for an instalment loan that is the same as the Designated Loan offered by the same Product Provider applied for as part of this Promotion;
5.2 not be offered by the Product Provider itself, whether directly or indirectly; and not be offered by MoneyHero
5.3 be available to the public and valid at the same time when the Eligible Customer is applying for the same Designated Loan via MoneyHero;
5.4 be determined based on the face value of the gift card, coupon, voucher which is offered in respect of the same (i) instalment loan product, (ii) Product Provider, (iii) drawdown loan amount, and (iv) loan tenor as the Designated Loan applied for via MoneyHero; and;
5.5 be in the same currency as the reward offered by MoneyHero.
5.6 For the avoidance of doubt, the Higher Offer available from a third party must be a gift card, coupon, voucher with a specified face value. Any claims for a Higher Offer in respect of physical goods are not valid for the purposes of this Promotion and will not be considered.
6. Promotion Reward
6.1 The Promotion Reward will be issued in the form of a gift card or coupon as set out in Table 1 below, depending on the difference in monetary value between the Original MoneyHero Offer and the Higher Offer, provided always that the drawdown loan amount and tenor of the Designated Loan and the instalment loan for the Higher Offer are identical.
6.2 The value of the Original MoneyHero Offer is based on that which has been specified by the Eligible Customer in the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form.
6.3 If the claim for a Promotion Reward is verified and accepted by MoneyHero, the Promotion Reward will be issued within 16 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period, depending on the actual situation regarding user approval and transaction status or other factors that may affect eligibility for the Promotion Reward.
6.4 Promotion Rewards will not be distributed to Eligible Customers for whom the Product Provider cannot confirm with MoneyHero that the customer has applied for the specified Designated Loan of a certain drawdown loan amount and tenor via MoneyHero.
6.5 Promotion Rewards will be distributed based on the following table, based on the difference in face value between the Original MoneyHero Offer and the Higher Offer:
6.6 For the avoidance of doubt, eligibility for any Promotion Reward pursuant to this Promotion will be in addition to the Original MoneyHero Offer that an Eligible Customer is entitled to receive from MoneyHero.

6.7 In order to receive a Promotion Reward, Eligible Customers are required to complete and submit the MoneyHero “Best Loan Exclusive Offer Guarantee” claim form (the “Reward Claim Form”) to MoneyHero with all the required information during the Promotion Period.
6.8 By submitting a Reward Claim Form, MoneyHero Users warrant and represent that the information provided therein is complete, true, accurate and not falsified in any manner. MoneyHero reserves the right to (i) ask an Eligible Customer for further details regarding any Higher Offer submitted to MoneyHero, and (ii) deny eligibility for any Promotion Reward if requests for further details are not satisfied or MoneyHero believes that any details or information provided in the Reward Claim Form are untrue, fraudulent or otherwise incorrect, or if MoneyHero believes that this Promotion is being abused or manipulated.

7. General Promotion Terms
6A. In the event of any disputes, MoneyHero reserves the right to make the final decision in its absolute discretion, which shall be binding on all participants.
6B. MoneyHero the Product Providers reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, including changing the Promotion Period or Promotion Reward or to terminate this Promotion with or without prior notice.
6C. Staff who are employed under Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (CHKL) or Citigroup are not eligible to receive any rewards under this Promotion.
6D. Promotion Rewards are not refundable nor exchangeable for cash or other rewards. All products and services relating to the Promotion are available while stock lasts. Customers are responsible for checking the quality of the Promotion Rewards at the time of redemption. MoneyHero shall have no legal liability relating to any aspects of the Promotion Rewards including but not limited to its quality, supply, delivery and maintenance.
6E. Promotion Rewards that remain unclaimed past the stipulated collection period (if any) will be forfeited.
6F. By participating in this Promotion, participants hereby represent and warrant that they will comply with all applicable Hong Kong laws or regulations in connection with their participation in this Promotion and they will not use this Promotion for any illegal or fraudulent purposes.
6G. By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to allow the Product Provider to update MoneyHero with information regarding the status of their application, including whether or not said application is successful and whether the participant has fulfilled all the conditions required to receive the Promotion Reward, for the purposes of verifying a participant’s eligibility for the Promotion Reward.
6H. By participating in this Promotion, participants consent to MoneyHero sharing their personal details with (i) the Product Provider in order to accurately track the number of applications and/or approvals, as well as to confirm whether a participant is eligible to receive any Promotion Rewards, and (ii) MoneyHero’s promotion partners to facilitate the Eligible Customer’s redemption of the Promotion Reward, each in accordance with MoneyHero’s Privacy Policy.
6I. Final approval of any product is determined by the product provider in its absolute discretion and is subject to their credit and risk processing criteria. Participation in this Promotion does not guarantee the approval of any product applied for. MoneyHero does not guarantee the approval of any product applied for.
6J. MoneyHero accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by participants as a result of their participation in this Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, participants release MoneyHero and its agents from all liability, including, without limitation, with respect to this Promotion and the Promotion Reward.
6K. MoneyHero reserves the right to disqualify any participant and withhold or confiscate in full or part any rewards if the participant is found to be, or reasonably suspected of participating in any form of fraudulent practices (including but not limited to false identities, doctoring images, wilful spamming or manipulation of any MoneyHero’s processes, or website).
6L. By participating in this Promotion, customers hereby represent and warrant that they will comply with all applicable Hong Kong laws or regulations in connection with their participation in this Promotion and they will not use this Promotion for any illegal or fraudulent purposes.
6M. MoneyHero strives to keep its information accurate and up to date. However, this may sometimes differ from the information provided on the Product Provider, financial institution, service provider or specific product’s site. Eligible Customers should refer to the Product Provider’s website for the most updated rates/fees/T&Cs on the relevant product.
6N. Applicants understand and accept that Promotion Reward distribution is facilitated by MoneyHero; The Product Providers do not have any liability or responsibility for distribution of the Promotion Reward.
6O. In the event of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
6P. By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
