1. In accordance with these Terms and Conditions, Eligible Users (as defined below) may receive a HK/MOP $20 7-Eleven E-Cash Voucher (“Promotion Reward”) within the Promotion Period (as defined below) via the MoneyHero mobile software application that provides credit management services to users and is available for download on Apple App Store and Google Play Store (“MoneyHero App”).

1. Promotion Period
2. ​​The “MoneyHero App HK/MOP$20 7-Eleven E-Cash Voucher Promotion” (“Promotion”) is organised by MoneyHero Global Limited (“MoneyHero”) and will run from 17 February 2023 to 15 March 2023, inclusive of both dates (“Promotion Period”). 
3. Account Creation Process

The Account Creation Process (“Process”) as  follows:

1. Eligible User providing an email address and setting up a password for login and one-time password authentication with MoneyHero, and; 
2. The completion of Electronic Know Your Customer (EKYC) authentication process by the Eligible User that includes, but is not limited to:
   1. Hong Kong Identity Card (HKID) scan;
   2. Completion of facial recognition;
   3. One-time password authentication with TransUnion Limited (“TransUnion”); and
   4. Phone verification with TransUnion (if required).

MoneyHero reserves the right to reject information submitted on the MoneyHero  app if we deem it not legible, in non-English alphabets (except for special symbols contained in email address or for password creation), to use foul language, or suspect it as spam or fraudulent in nature. 

4. Eligible Users

In order to be considered an “Eligible User” to receive the Promotion Reward , participants must :

1. Be 18 years old and above; and
2. Have a Hong Kong identification card and a Hong Kong phone number; and 
3. Be a new account creator on the MoneyHero App; or an existing user of the MoneyHero website located at http://moneyhere.com.hk/zh (“MoneyHero Website”), who completes the Process on the MoneyHero App for the first time ; and
4. Provide a valid email address during the Process; and
5. Agree  to be bound by and accept all the applicable terms and conditions, including but not limited to these Terms & Conditions, by participating in this Promotion; and
6. Successfully and fully completes the Process within the duration of the Promotion Period. 

5. Promotion Reward

1. The Promotion Reward that an Eligible User may receive upon fulfilling the conditions above is defined as one (1) unit of  HK/MOP$20 7-Eleven E-Cash Voucher which can be used in any 7-Eleven in Hong Kong and Macau.
2. The applicable currency of the Promotion Reward shall be as applicable in the region in which it is used. 
3. It is clarified that each Eligible User shall only receive one (1) Promotion Reward regardless of the number of accounts created on the MoneyHero App.
4. The total number of Promotion Reward to be issued is limited to 3,500 units and no further Promotion Rewards will be issued once MoneyHero’s stock has been exhausted, unless otherwise notified by MoneyHero. . 
5. The first 3,500 Eligible Users to complete the Process (based on the date and timestamp, as recorded by MoneyHero’s internal systems) will be eligible to receive the Promotion Reward. The selection and final determination as set out above will be done by MoneyHero in its sole and absolute discretion. 
6. Eligible Users may use the Promotion Reward before the expiry date listed on Promotion Reward. The Promotion Reward cannot be transferred to other parties, is not refundable and is strictly not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other goods. MoneyHero will not be responsible for replacing any Promotion Reward in case the Promotion Reward is expired, lost, or stolen by a third party.
7. MoneyHero is not associated with the provider of the Promotion Reward and is not responsible for any issues or claims related to the usage of the Promotion Reward. Any enquiries or services regarding the Promotion Reward shall be directed to the provider/manufacturer of the Promotion Reward.
8. If the provider of the Promotion Reward stops supplying the relevant Promotion Reward or the Promotion Reward would no longer be purchased from official channels, MoneyHero reserves the right to change the Promotion Reward and replace it with an alternative of similar value.
9. The use of the Promotion Reward is subject to terms and conditions of the provider of the Promotion Reward. All additional terms and conditions will be stated in full, upon delivery or fulfillment of Promotion Reward. Additional terms and conditions may include validity dates, spend requirements, applicable or exclusion products and other conditions. The provider of the Promotion Reward reserves the right to alter, cancel, terminate, or suspend the order or any part thereof or any part of the applicable terms and conditions from time to time, with or without any prior notice.

6. Redemption Process for the Promotion Reward

1. The redemption process on the MoneyHero Website will not apply to this Promotion. The redemption process for the Promotion Reward shall be governed solely by these Terms & Conditions.
2. The Promotion Reward shall be sent to each  Eligible User’s email address which the Eligible User has provided during the Process. An Eligible User who provides inaccurate or incorrect information during the Process (as determined by MoneyHero acting in its absolute discretion) shall not be eligible to receive any Promotion Reward.
3. The Promotion Reward will be sent to Eligible Users within 90 days after the completion of the Process  , subject to  the Promotion Reward delivery time and/or other factors that may affect the fulfillment of the Promotion Reward.
4. Any queries regarding the redemption of the Promotion Reward submitted to MoneyHero’s attention after 30 June 2023 shall not be entertained except for those already in progress.

7. General Promotion Terms

1. In case of any disputes, MoneyHero reserves the right to make the final decision at its absolute discretion, which shall be binding on all participants.
2. MoneyHero reserves the right, as it deems fit, to amend any part of or the entire Terms & Conditions at any time, including changing the Promotion Period or Promotion Reward or canceling, withdrawing, suspending, replacing and/or terminating the Promotion with or without prior notice.
3. The Participants of this Promotion signify their agreement to access MoneyHero website  at regular intervals to view these Terms &  Conditions and to ensure that they are kept up to date with any variations or changes which MoneyHero may effect from time to time. Participants of this Promotion also agree that their continued participation in this Promotion will constitute their acceptance of these Terms & Conditions (from time to time). 
4. Any cancellation, withdrawal or suspension by MoneyHero of this Promotion will not entitle participants to any compensation against MoneyHero for any and all loss or damage that may be suffered or incurred by the participants as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, withdrawal or suspension. 
5. All Promotion Reward relating to the Promotion are available while stock lasts. MoneyHero shall have no legal liability relating to any aspects of the Promotion Reward, including but not limited to its supply or delivery. 
6. By participating in the Promotion, participants hereby represent and warrant that they shall comply with all applicable Hong Kong laws and/or regulations in connection with their participation in the Promotion and shall not abuse the Promotion for any illegal or fraudulent purposes.
7. In accordance with MoneyHero’s Privacy Policy, by participating in the Promotion, participants agree to give their consent to MoneyHero in sharing their personal information with TransUnion in order to confirm as whether they are eligible to receive any Promotion Reward. 
8. MoneyHero accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by participants due to their participation in the Promotion. Participating in the Promotion allows participants to release MoneyHero and its agents from all liability, including, without limitation, concerning the Promotion and the Promotion Reward.
9. MoneyHero reserves the right to disqualify any participant and withhold or confiscate in full or part any rewards if the participant is found to be, or reasonably suspected of participating in any form of fraudulent practices (including but not limited to false identities, doctoring images, willful spamming or manipulation of any MoneyHero’s processes, or website)
10. The decisions of MoneyHero in relation to every aspect of the Promotion, including but not limited to the definition of an Eligible User, shall be deemed final and conclusive under any circumstance and no further appeal, enquiry and/or correspondence will be entertained. 
11. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Hong Kong, 
12. In the event of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

8. MoneyHero Privacy Policy

1. Our goal is to maintain your trust and confidence when handling personal information about you, The security of your personal information is our priority. We protect this information by maintaining procedural safeguards that meet Hong Kong’s PCPD (Personal Date (Privacy) Ordinance) law. We train our employees in proper handling of personal information. When we use other companies to provide services for us, we required them to protect the confidentiality of personal information they receive as well.
